SPR# MSAN6NB4XQ - Under certain memory leak conditions where a Domino process reaches or closely reaches the Windows 2 GB limit, NSD fails to load all shared memory segments and itself runs out of memory. This fix attempts to either handle this situation or warns the user about it if the machine itself is low on swap space.
